Yoga holidays and Scuba Diving
Our yoga holidays regularly feature diving, principally in Dahab, one of Egypts prettiest seaside towns. Almost all diving is from the shore: you just put on your kit and wade in. The coral reefs begin just metres from the beach, so if you just want to snorkel theres still plenty to see.

Egypt yoga holidays Our best package for diving is our Egypt yoga holiday where you'll be able to try a session of diving, or do up to five sessions outside our yoga classes. |
|
Yoga and Diving Yoga and diving have more in common than you might think. Divers who have taken up yoga often comment that their performance is enhanced: breath control and calmness are both powerful assets under the water. |
