Chamonix is one of the most beautiful mountain villages in the world with no better place to hold a Yoga and Adventure Retreat. “It has become an annual retreat and so 2012 is our third year in this mountain paradise. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

A Yoga Retreat can be a powerful experience anywhere, even in our own home. Yet when we come together with a community of like minds in a place far from our busy lives, the immersion of yoga promises to be deep and all consuming with the potential to transform at the cellular level so we can bring the peace that we truly are into our daily lives back home. This trip is just a hop, skip and jump from the UK!

Open to all. No prior yoga experience necessary but also advanced yogi’s welcome. Corrine is a traditional Hatha based yoga teacher. She also specializes in the Svaroopa style of yoga as well as Vinyasa Flow. She has created a beautifully balanced schedule of both activities and leisure time. Each participant is encouraged to follow their own needs and do as much or as little in the schedule as they desire.

Past participants have joined us from the United Kingdom, Australia, the USA, Canada, Spain, Switzerland, France, Italy, Iceland, Russia, South America, Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Finland and Poland.
