Next Holiday: July

A beautiful yoga holiday on La Gomera,
a forgotten islet of the Canary Islands chain - and a place full of
hidden surprises. This small island encompasses a tranquil coastline
dotted with traditional fishing villages yet inland is a mountainous
interior of misty rainforests, banana plantations and hillside terracing.
We spend a week here on a self-sufficient
organic farm. The property has its own natural spring (the water is
said to have healing properties), permaculture gardens, swimming pools,
and an organic kitchen. As well as twice daily yoga there's also a
variety of therapies available such as massage and reiki available
every day.
We'll be running two excursions; one to the rainforest
and a boat trip to see dolphins in their natural habitat, plus evening
entertainment of belly dancing, colour visualisation and dinner at
a seafront fish restaurant. This still leaves you plenty of time to
relax and sunbathe in the gardens or on the beach.
