About us...
Each holiday Yoga Travel holiday is accompanied by a yoga teacher (who deals with all aspects of yoga) and a tour leader (who who manages logistics and safe handling). Yoga classes investigate such yoga ideas as flexibility, strength, tranquillity, self-understanding, breath work and meditation. Meanwhile our leaders often work for such adventure companies as Explore, Intrepid or Imaginative Traveler they are seasoned world travellers well used to operating in foreign locales.
