Will Cottrell
Specialising in the Middle East, Will worked as a freelance adventure tour leader for several years before founding Yoga Travel. An experienced tour leader, he's organised excursions to Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Morocco, visiting such sites as Petra, the pyramids, and ancient Palmyra. Yoga Travel was born out of Will's 10-year yoga practice; he lives and works in Dahab, Egypt.

James Knight
James has travelled extensively throughout the world, particularly in the Middle East and Africa, where he works as an adventure tour leader, dive instructor and dive centre manager. He's become a keen yoga enthusiast since working for Yoga Travel and is also an underwater naturalist with wide experience in the tourism and hospitality fields. |
Yoga Teacher
Monica Farrell
Monica has practiced various styles of yoga for more than 20 years. She studied yoga and meditation with guruji Mohan in india and obtained her Sivananda yoga teaching certificate in Udaipur, India 2002. She's the inventor of "Yoga Diving", recently featured in "The Art of Diving" by Nick Hanna under topic of spirituality and diving. She's also a former lecturer at the American University in Cairo and a PADI dive instructor since 1998. Monica regularly teaches our yoga holidays in Egypt. |

Yoga Teacher:
Charlie Boardley
Charlie has been practising yoga for 10 years and has studied at various yoga schools in India. She also regularly trains with some of the world's most senior teachers to keep her teaching style fresh and innovative. Her classes are traditional Hatha Yoga inspired mainly by Sivananda and include relaxation, breathing techniques and a dynamic sequence of postures bringing awareness into mindfulness, energy flow and core stability. She likes yoga to be fun, sharing what she knows of this ancient philosophy in a down to earth and practical way. She always encourages people to work within their own limits and at the same time to challenge themselves. |

Mike Farai
With a repertoire of soothing oils, effective techniques and varied pressures, Mike offers a complete holistic massage experience. Working on our holidays in Dahab, after a typical treatment you can expect to emerge de-stressed and re-charged. A widely travelled masseur, Mike's experience includes The Big Chill, Neals Yard, The Treatment Rooms, Bestival and the The Electric Picnic.

Yoga Teacher:
Karin Croney
5 years ago Karryn moved from Brighton to Morocco where she now lives and teaches yoga. She has practiced for over 10 years, appreciating all different styles of hatha yoga from the dynamic to the more gentle, restorative forms. Her classes reflect this and she likes to teach a varied, eclectic mix of asana, pranayama and meditation. She holds both the Sivananda Teacher Training and Advanced Teacher Training certificates. She strongly believes in yoga's power to transform and enable one to embrace life's challenges and opportunities with equanimity and grace. |

Ali Gilling
Ali has been teaching yoga for ten years ago after studying in India. She has trained in many forms of yoga and meditation including Iyengar, Vipassana and completing her teacher training certificate in Sivananda. Her classes have a dynamic flow inspired by her most recent teacher, Clive Sheridan. She has worked with a variety of well-known teachers and regulary teaches in Oxford and on yoga holidays abroad. |
Yoga Teacher:
Jana Czipin
With a background of Sivananda, Hatha, Ashtanga and yoga therapy, Jana uses her extensive experience to to adjust her classes to her students' needs. She's a certified teacher from the Mysore Mandala Shala in India and teaches a varied style incorporating asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation. |
Yoga Teacher:
Anne Starkey
Anne teaches principally in the Sivananda style but mixes elements of various styles to suit the class, incorporating breathing techniques and relaxation as well as some dynamic flow between postures. Anne first came to Dahab on a yoga holiday - subsequently she trained as a yoga teacher with Monica Farrell (see above) as well as a scuba diving instructor. She now regularly teaches yoga holidays in the town. |

Kerry Bingham
Kerry studied Hatha yoga extensively in both India and Turkey. She is a qualified Sivananda yoga teacher, visiting India each year to further her training, and uses a synthesis of energy awareness, breathwork and traditional Sivananda in her classes. She organises regular yoga holidays throughout Turkey and speaks English, Turkish, French and German. |
